SAA has started retail operations of duty-free products on its regional and international flights. The goods will also be available on the airline’s much-anticipated Perth route starting from April 28.

Passengers can choose from a range of items, including luxury fragrances, cosmetics, electronics, watches, jewellery and more.

South Africa’s national carrier has appointed Tourvest Retail Services to provide the onboard retailing solution. In addition, a digital e-commerce pre-order option is in the pipeline and this will be launched in the coming weeks.

Passengers can browse the Extraordinair duty-free shopping magazine to see what is available during their inflight shopping experience.

“Together with Tourvest, we aim to elevate our retail offerings to ensure that every journey with SAA is not only seamless but also memorable,” the airline said.
