SAA Voyager enhances offering

SAA Voyager has enhanced
its partnership with Tourvest
Inflight Retail Services.
 Passengers can now earn
Miles when buying duty-free
products and spend Miles
on duty-free products online
at www.flysaadutyfree.com.
The retail site now allows
SAA Voyager members to
earn and spend Voyager
Miles when they ‘Buy before
you Fly’ with their purchase
delivered to their seat by a
crew member on boarding
the aircraft. Items can be
ordered up to 14 weeks
before the flight date but
must be purchased at
least three days before
departure. The site also
includes discount offers
and promotions. Members
will receive a return of 4,7%
for spend on SAA-operated
flights when redeeming
miles on duty-free products.
“October marks another
significant milestone for
SAA Voyager. Apart from
adding redemption for dutyfree
products, we further
simplified and adjusted
the non-airline redemption
options, which has resulted
in SAA Voyager being
able to give a return of
between 2,5% and 5% when
members earn miles on
SAA-operated flights,” said
SAA executive for customer
loyalty, Suretha Cruse.
