The JW Marriott Mauritius Resort reopened as The St Regis Le Morne Resort on May 6, following a rebranding and renovation process.

Located on the UNESCO-listed Le Morne Peninsula, the all-suite property has undergone upgrades ahead of its relaunch under the St Regis brand. Enhancements include updated food and beverage offerings and adjustments to service aligned with the new brand identity.

Signature changes include updates to Le Manoir restaurant and La Patisserie as well as the introduction of the St Regis signature afternoon tea and the traditional champagne sabrage. The brand’s personalised butler service will be implemented across the property.

Later in the year, the resort’s beachfront villa will relaunch as The St Regis Grand Beachfront Villa accommodating up to 16 guests.

Outdoor experiences offered at the property include guided hikes on Le Morne Brabant Mountain, kite surfing, snorkelling and private lagoon excursions on a renovated traditional pirogue launching later this year.
