TAAG welcomes another Airbus

TAAG Angola Airlines has welcomed its third A220-300, which landed at Dr António Agostinho Neto International Airport on June 23.

The aircraft will enhance TAAG’s operational capacity and service availability. The Airbus A220-300 can seat 137 passengers – 12 in business class, 35 in premium economy, and 90 in economy class.

“The incorporation of the third Airbus A220-300 represents another step forward in building a modern, competitive airline able to strengthen connections between strategic African markets,” said Nelson Rodrigues de Oliveira, TAAG CEO.

Currently, the A220-300s already in service serve multiple intra-Africa routes, including Windhoek, Johannesburg, Cape Town, Maputo and São Tomé.
