Taj Hotels has opened a new luxury resort in Shimla, the capital of Himachal Pradesh, 48km from the airport.
Taj Theog Resort & Spa Shimla is framed by the western Himalayas and has 99 rooms and suites as well as conferencing facilities that can cater for 20 up to 300 guests.
Facilities at the resort include a 24-hour gym, an indoor pool, a spa, laundry and babysitting services.
There is a Chinese speciality restaurant and all-day-dining venues that serve international cuisine.
