A court ruling that prevents Iberia from cancelling the subsequent legs of a booking if a client is a no-show, has been hailed as a win for agents, although some are warning that it could have complex repercussions for the industry.
Spain’s Supreme Court ruling could set a precedent for other airlines flying into the EU and eventually even result in an industry- wide shift in no-show policies, according to industry experts canvassed by TNW.
