Topdeck trips suspended

Topdeck has suspended all global tours until April 30 in response to updated government travel advisories, which aim to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

“It’s a stressful time for Topdeckers at the moment – we hear you. We’ll be reaching out to all effected customers and travel agents to help with travel rearrangements. If we have cancelled your upcoming trip, you’ll get the full amount refunded as travel credit with Topdeck. And, as always, we’ll rebook your trip free of charge,” the operator said in a statement.

Travellers can move their tour to any other Topdeck tour departure. This could be a later departure date or a different tour completely. “We’ll be sending a Credit Voucher for the value for your original booking including an extra AU$100,” the operator said.

Customers who are currently travelling with Topdeck and are impacted by these cancelations have the option to continue their travels or return home early and receive travel credit for the unused land portion of their trip.
