Uber and Dubai Airports have opened a dedicated waiting lounge at Dubai International Airport Terminal 3.
Located at the primary Uber and Careem Rides pick-up area, the custom-built facility provides arriving passengers with a comfortable, climate-controlled space while waiting for their ride.
The lounge features spacious seating, with dedicated space for heavy luggage, as well as high chairs and elevated tables. The area is equipped with multiple charging hubs, including high-speed USB-C, USB-A, and standard electrical sockets.
UberX and Careem Comfort passengers will have access to a dedicated queue to speed up driver allocation and reduce waiting times through PIN-based matching.
