Linda van der Pol, Now Media sales director, says more often than not, government websites are difficult to navigate and the information is not easily accessible, and this is why travel agents rely on Travelinfo as their go-to reference system.
“The ‘Agents Only’ section is quite popular and the Level 3 forms page has a full description of all the forms and everything agents will need, all on one website,” says Linda.
She says agents should keep an eye on the ‘Agents Only’ section for more COVID-related content as the team is constantly working on adapting to the needs of agents.
