Accor plans to debut its Raffles brand in Manama, Bahrain, after buying and rebranding the Al Areen Palace and Spa.
The refurbishment will include 56 one-bedroom desert pool villas and 22 two-bedroom royal pool villas.
The 10 000sqm spa will be renovated and two more dining options will be added to the current four.
