Air Canada has extended the list of airports where it will no longer accept cash payments to include Vancouver (YVR), Halifax (YHZ), St John’s (YYT), Victoria (YYJ), Saskatoon (YXE), Toronto Island (YTZ) and Quebec City (YQB), effective immediately.

Customers now have the option of paying for tickets, baggage and other fees with any major credit or debit card. There is also the option of pre-paying for baggage and other fees online at time of check-in, from 24 hours before the flight until the check-in deadline.

ReadySTATION kiosks are available for customers who do not have a credit card. These kiosks offer cash conversion to a prepaid credit car.
