Air Seychelles will introduce its new in-flight wireless streaming entertainment system, ‘seyStream’, across its A320neo and A320ceo aircraft on August 1.
The new entertainment system will be accessible via guests’ personal devices, including smartphones, laptops and tablets. Guest will need to use their headsets when streaming the entertainment platform.
Refreshed bi-monthly, ‘seyStream’ will feature a range of content including Hollywood latest releases, classic movies, a range of TV programmes such as drama, comedy, documentary, lifestyle and sports as well as a dedicated music collection. The platform will also feature children’s programmes and a variety of games.
For travellers wishing to know more about the national airline, ‘seyStream’ will also have an ‘About Air Seychelles’ section featuring a destination guide, information regarding the airline’s fleet plus its network, ancillary services available for bookings, the company corporate social responsibility programme and others.
To track the actual position of the aircraft in real-time, ‘seyStream’ in-flight entertainment platform will offer a live dynamic 3D moving map display to provide an interactive travel experience. Guests are also invited to make use of ‘seyStream’ feedback form available on the platform to share their in-flight experience.
To access ‘seyStream’, detailed instructions will be available on a card in the seat pocket on board the aircraft. Guests will be advised by the cabin crew when to access the in-flight entertainment platform.
