Air Seychelles will introduce a new baggage policy on its Mauritius route, effective July 1.
The new allowance is based on the number of checked bags instead of the total weight.
Guests in business class will be entitled to two pieces of checked baggage of 32kg and a 12kg hand luggage allowance.
The economy-class allowance is two pieces of checked baggage, each weighing 20kg and a 7kg hand luggage allowance. The baggage allowance for infants aged between 0 and 23 months is 10kg.
Guests who have purchased tickets before the introduction of the new policy will be entitled to the new allowance if they are travelling from July 1.
The new policy will also apply to passengers holding a through ticket for travel to Mauritius and onwards to Praslin.
