Air NZ limits power banks
Air New Zealand has introduced limits on portable power banks, allowing passengers to carry no more than two power banks per person.
Power banks now need to be kept under the seat in front of the passenger or in the seat pockets and not in overhead lockers.
They cannot be used to charge or power other devices during taxi, take-off or landing and cannot be recharged using in-seat or in-flight power outlets. Power banks are already prohibited in checked baggage.
