Airbnb has introduced a private car service, allowing guests to pre-book transport between their Airbnb accommodation and their point of arrival or departure.
Welcome Pickups, part of the Airbnb Services feature, allows guests to schedule a private car service to their listing via the Trips tab when they book a stay in an eligible city.
For arrivals, guests can choose a meet-and-greet option with a personal welcome from a driver at their arrival location. For departures, guests will be picked up directly at their listing and taken to their airport or transport hub.
The service is available in over 125 cities across Asia, Europe, and Latin America and will be introduced in more cities throughout 2026.
