Emirates enhances Algiers service
EMIRATES now offers more capacity on its Algiers flights after
switching from an A340-300 to a larger B777-300. The B777 offers
97 additional economy-class seats per flight, a 45% increase. The
number of premium cabin seats remains unchanged, with 12 firstclass
flat-bed seats and 42 business-class seats. EK757 leaves
Dubai on Sundays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays
at 08h45 and arrives in Algiers at 13h10. The return flight, EK758,
departs Algiers at 15h45 and lands in Dubai at 01h25 the next day.
Lufthansa launches new USA service
LUFTHANSA will introduce a new non-stop service between Frankfurt
and San Jose, California, on April 29. On Mondays, Wednesdays,
Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, LH 488 will depart Frankfurt at
10h40 and arrive in San Jose at 13h40. The return flight, LH 489,
will depart San Jose at 15h20 and arrive in Frankfurt at 11h35 the
following morning. The flight will offer three cabin classes: business
class, premium economy and economy.
