All Lufthansa, SWISS, Austrian Airlines, Air Dolomiti and Brussels Airlines tickets issued between August 25 and December 31, 2020 can be rebooked as many times as necessary, free of charge, according to a Lufthansa Group press release.
For additional flexibility, the origin and destination of the journey can also be changed. Fare differences will be charged and fare conditions must be adhered to when rebooking/reissuing tickets.
The Group’s airlines will continue to offer a return-home flight promise on certain classes of booking on European routes only and a travel insurance policy for protection in the country of travel. On-site cover applies in the event of a travel warning or a significant spread of the pandemic.
