Lischen Gurovich
as their new
group talent
officer. Lischen
joined the group in 2010
and was previously the
assistant gm of City Lodge
Hotel Lynnwood. Lischen’s
new role will involve talent
acquisition and retention;
focusing more on managing
development; succession
planning; and developing
talent for the groups 57
hotels. Lischen has an
honours degree in industrial
psychology and a tourism
qualification.
