Maseko. She holds a
Bachelor of Business
Administration degree from
Midrand University and a
Post Graduate Diploma in
Management (Business
Administration) from Wits
Business School.
 Darren Morgan has been
appointed The Caledon’s
new food and beverage
manager. He will be working
with The Caledon’s three
restaurants – the daVinci
Restaurant, the Black Sheep
Diner and the Blue Crane
Restaurant.
 PMR Hospitality Partners
has appointed a new
partner, Graham Wood.
He will be based in Cape
Town and Durban at PMR’s
headquarters.
