Azamara Cruises has relaunched its Experience More (ExMo) Packages, introducing a new three-tier structure covering WiFi, beverages, shore excursions and other onboard benefits.
According to Cruise Industry News, the new Essentials, Enjoyment and Indulgence tiers are priced per person, per day, with consistent pricing across cruise lengths. The new pricing applies to sailings departing on or after September 24.
“We’re excited to bring a completely refreshed approach to our Experience More Packages, making it easier for guests to choose the experience that’s right for them,” said Dondra Ritzenthaler, CEO of Azamara Cruises.
She said feedback from more than 1 700 guests showed that WiFi, beverages and dining were among the amenities guests valued most.
Travel advisers will receive a flat 10% commission on all ExMo packages booked pre-cruise.
Three tiers
Essentials costs US$59 (R1 022) per person per day and includes unlimited Starlink Plus WiFi for one device per person, a premium beverage package and US$25 (R433) per person per day in shore excursion credit.
Enjoyment is priced at US$79 (R1 370) per person per day and includes Starlink Plus WiFi for one device, the Ultimate beverage package, speciality dining every four nights, US$30 (R520) per person per day in shore excursion credit and one laundry bag every seven nights.
The Indulgence tier costs US$99 (R1 715) per person per day and includes Starlink Plus WiFi for two devices per person, the Ultimate beverage package and unlimited speciality dining. Guests also receive US$35 (R606) per person per day in shore excursion credit, US$20 (R346) per person per day in spa credit and two laundry bags every seven nights.
Guests sharing a stateroom must purchase the same package tier. Packages can be purchased up to seven days before sailing or within 48 hours after embarkation.
ExMo is not available on charter sailings, World Cruises or Grand Voyages. Suite guests, who already receive unlimited speciality dining at Prime C and Aqualina, will instead receive two Chef’s Table experiences, increasing to three on cruises of 13 nights or longer.
