Hahnair and Glyde Payments have launched HR-PAY Plus, a virtual Mastercard payment solution for IATA-accredited travel agencies in South Africa.
The solution enables agencies to pay domestic and international travel suppliers and create virtual cards tailored to individual payment requirements. International travel-related payments can be made without cross-border mark-ups or foreign exchange fees.
Agencies using HR-PAY Plus will receive a 1% rebate on travel-related transactions. This comprises a 0,5% rebate paid by Glyde into the agency’s Glyde bank account and a 0,5% Hahnair loyalty incentive paid into its HR-PAY Global account.
“HR-PAY Plus allows agencies to streamline supplier payments while generating rewards from their everyday travel spend,” said Silke Hahn, VP and Head of HR-PAY Plus at Hahnair.
Agencies will also earn 3% annual interest on positive balances held in their Glyde bank accounts.
Additional features include immediate fund transfers, reconciliation and reporting tools and priority support from Hahnair.
