BA unveils refurbished lounge in Geneva

British Airways has opened its refurbished lounge at Geneva International Airport.

The lounge now covers 327 sqm and features a lobby bar and seating area with power outlets, as well as new catering facilities that offer an improved dining menu. Passengers also have access to a new craft beer room and a zoned area with a music system.

Access to the lounge is exclusively for customers travelling in Club Europe, Executive Club Gold and Silver card holders, as well as Emerald and Sapphire members.

The airline is also investing £6,5 billion (R123 billion) over the next five years. The investment includes installing top-quality WiFi and power outlets in every aircraft seat and fitting 128 long-haul aircraft with new interiors. Taking delivery of 72 new aircraft also forms part of the airline’s five-year plan.
