The Belgian Consulate in Johannesburg has announced an increase in visa costs for children.
Effective immediately, children between six and 12 years of age will now pay R490, instead of R465, for a visa to visit Belgium.
Children under the age of six will not pay visa fees and those over 12 years of age will be charged the full adult rate, which is currently R840 for a short-stay visa and R2 520 for a long-stay visa.
