THE redevelopment plans for Chobe Chilwero Lodge just outside Kasane, Botswana, have been amended, which means the lodge will only reopen in October this year.
According to its sales and marketing department, new features have been incorporated into the design, including a business centre with e-mail and fax facilities, two categories of room styles, a new staff village and a day room with shower and storage areas.
All the main public areas have been redesigned to include a lounge, dining room, library and wine cellar.
Staff members will commence pre-opening training in September.
