Club Med focuses on wellness, outdoor life

New wellness and outdoor programmes have been launched at Club Med Cancun and Club Med Quebec. 

Club Med Cancun: 

 

  • Yoga and meditation - over 20 hours of classes per week comprising Sunrise Yoga, Family Yoga and Couples Yoga. 

  • Healthy Cuisine - plant-based menu items created by world-renowned vegan chef, Chloe Coscarelli of freshly-pressed juices, healthy teas and detox waters. 

  • Inclusive activities and sports - a circus performance at the Club Med Circus School plus outdoor sports such as snorkelling, sailing, archery lessons, pickleball (evolved from badminton), tennis and salsa lessons.  

  • Club Med Spa by L’Occitane - the spa has a private whirlpool bath, relaxation rooms with complimentary teas and detox waters, a hair salon, seafront spa palapas (open air treatment rooms) and authentic Mexican steam hut. 

  • Cultural experiences - a traditional Yucatan cultural experience, including snorkelling with turtles, swimming with whale sharks and horseriding tours to Kukulcan or Chichen Itza. 

  • Wellness-themed nights - a sunset ritual with music and focus on body and mind rejuvenation. 

Club Med Quebec guided hikes: 

  • “Survive in the Forest” - curated for children, this hike teaches them essential survival skills. 

  • Yoga hiking - the hike features scenic trails leading to a new yoga platform with a view of St Lawrence Lake. 

  • Sylvotherapy – this forest hike offers meditation and healing practices to achieve balance in nature. 

  • The Waterfalls - this hike guides hikers along the St Lawrence Lake through the forest to explore natural waterfalls.
