The Colombian embassy’s online visa application portal was displaying an error message yesterday when an application was submitted.
The embassy told eTNW that the system sometimes experienced technical difficulties in the mornings due to over demand from Colombian embassies around the world. “The technical difficulties should be resolved from 18h00 in the evening [Thursday]. Agents can resubmit then, or email the embassy (cpretoria@cancilleria.gov.co) and we will complete the application manually.”
Any agents still experiencing difficulty this morning are also advised to email the embassy.
