Emirates will resume flying its flagship Airbus A380 between Houston and Dubai, starting on June 1, increasing capacity by more than 160 passengers compared with the Boeing 777-300ER.
In December, 2014, the airline upgraded the Houston services to the A380, but in July 2016 it was decided to operate the route with a B777-300ER, in order to optimise its fleet.
The A380 has 14 private suites in first class, 76 flat-bed seats in business class and 426 seats in economy class.
Flight EK211 will depart Dubai at 09h35 and arrive in Houston at 16h50 daily. Return flight EK212 will depart Houston at 20h00 and arrive in Dubai at 20h00 the next day.
