Nairobi will see new flights from Dubai from October 15, when flydubai launches its new services to Nairobi’s Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (NBO).
A statement by the Dubai-based carrier says the flights will commence from Terminal 3 at DXB with a four frequencies per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.
CEO of flydubai, Ghaith Al Ghaith, said Kenya was an important market for the carrier and that it was pleased to strengthen its operations with the new NBO services.
He said flydubai would also increase its operations to Mombasa to a daily service from October 1, bringing the airline’s total weekly flights to Kenya to 11.
