Delegates attending the GBTA Southern Africa 2013 Conference from October 22-24 at Kievits Kroon Country Estate, can look forward to a packed schedule covering discussions on several current issues in the industry.
On October 22 from 08h00-17h00 GBTA will host the GBTA – Fundamentals of Business Travel Management course. The training is designed for business travel buyers and suppliers with 0-5 years’ experience or for those requiring a refresher course. Additional payment and registration is required for this session.
Among the many other topics for the conference, delegates on October 23 can look forward to discussions on: Ancillary Fees from 09h30-10h30; and Smart Tech for smart travel from 11h00-12h00; and Are you ready to RFP? from 15h00-16h00.
On October 24 some of the highlights will include a discussion on New Distribution Capability (NDC) from 09h30-10h30; workshops on ‘Inside the mind of a supplier’ for buyers and ‘Inside the mind of a buyer’ for suppliers from 11h00-12h00. From 14h30-15h30 there will be a discussion on travel spend forecasting.
