Greek airports prepare for revamp

Fourteen Greek regional airports are to benefit from an investment of €400 million (R6bn) for development and modernisation.

Airport maintenance company, Fraport Greece, recently finalised development plans for the airports.

These include the refurbishment of existing terminals and construction of new landside and airside facilities.

Aktion Airport (PVK), Chania Airport (CHQ), Corfu International (CFU), Mykonos International (JMK) and Santorini International (JTR) are among the 14 airports undergoing refurbishments.
