The 15th Sanganai Hlanganani World Tourism Expo will take place from October 13 to 15 at the Zimbabwe International Convention Centre in Bulawayo.

At least 250 participating exhibitors are expected at this year’s event, with 150 already having confirmed at the end of August, reports Zimbabwe publication, Sunday News. International buyers expected to attend are from the US, UK, South Africa, India, and Botswana.

Air Zimbabwe and Airports Company of Zimbabwe are two key players that have partnered with the Zimbabwe Tourism Authority to host the 2022 expo, according to The Herald.

Air Zimbabwe Acting CEO, Tafadzwa Zaza, said: “This expo, the first after a prolonged suspension due to the COVID-19 pandemic, is a business opportunity for all travel and tourism players.”  Air Zimbabwe has increased its capacity for local and foreign inbound travellers for the event.
