The C Kite Festival, which brings together professional kite surfers from around the globe for high-speed kitesurfing competitions and expert demonstrations, returns to the east coast of Mauritius at the C Mauritius resort from July 14-16.
The festival, in collaboration with the Mauritius Tourism Promotion Authority and Air Mauritius, also celebrates kite art. Over the past 30 years, kitesurfing has become one of the world's most popular water sports.
Former kitesurf world champion, TV host and onboard reporter for 2023 Ocean Race, Antoine Auriol, will host the festival.
Participants can immerse themselves in kitesurfing sessions and be treated to live demos by the world's top kite surfers.
Each day of the festival ends with evening entertainment.
