KLM offers rebooking recourse

KLM has issued a statement regarding the nationwide transport strike that disrupted travel on May 28.

For travellers who were affected, KLM has released a waiver regarding the rebooking of flights.

If passengers had booked a flight for May 28 to or from Amsterdam Airport Schiphol before Friday May 24, they may rebook without any additional cost.

Depending on availability, travellers can rebook a flight on a later date, or to another destination.

The new departure date should be no later than Friday, June 7 and the flight should be rebooked no later than Friday, May 31.
