Kulula.com has partnered with Sabre to implement Sabre’s new Digital Workspace solution.
The cloud-based solution will enable airport agents to deliver a personalised and seamless airport experience to passengers, by equipping them with workflows to eliminate the traditional linear check-in process and improve productivity.
According to the airline, the implementation of this solution means that passengers can expect shorter queuing times.
The technology will be rolled out across all the airports that the airline serves.
