Lufthansa and Lufthansa CityLine pilots belonging to Vereinigung Cockpit union are striking on April 16 and 17, and at Eurowings Germany on April 16.
The airlines said they were working to limit disruption by shifting as many flights as possible to Lufthansa Group carriers and partner airlines. However, they warned that flight cancellations were unavoidable.

This is the second strike by pilots in a week following the two-day strike on April 13 and 14. Cabin crew were also striking on April 15 and 16.
