HAVING emerged unscathed after recent flooding in Mpumalanga, Idube Private Game Reserve in the Sabi Sand will be toasting to a new future of full dams and excellent sightings when it introduces its wine tasting evenings in May.
The wine tastings, featuring an extensive list of some of the best wines South Africa has to offer, will take place every Friday and Saturday evening, the first three to be held on May 20, June 24 and July 22.
Following the tastings, a selection of wines will be chosen to complement each of the courses on the special dinner menu.
