Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group is to manage a second luxury hotel in Istanbul. The project, which also features branded residences, is scheduled to open in 2022.
The new development comprises three standalone towers and is located in the Etiler residential area. One tower will house Mandarin Oriental Etiler Istanbul, with 158 guestroom suites and 16 serviced apartments while the remaining two towers will house 251 Residences at Mandarin Oriental.
The Mandarin Oriental Etiler will have three restaurants and bars and a selection of adaptable meeting spaces with outdoor areas and terraces. There will also be a spa and fitness centre with both an indoor and outdoor pool.
The Residences at Mandarin Oriental have extensive private gardens and views of the Bosphorus. Facilities include two outdoor swimming pools, fitness centre and six beauty treatment rooms. Resident owners also have access to the hotel facilities.
