Mango adjusts JNB-GRJ service

08 Jul 2019 - by Deena Robinson

MANGO has suspended its

Saturday service between

Johannesburg and George,

replacing it with an

additional Friday frequency.

GDS systems are already

reflecting this change.

The performance of the

Saturday flight was not

optimal, says Noelan

Rungasamy, Mango gm of

operations.

Noelan says the airline

will evaluate demand over

peak periods and add

capacity, over and above

the current additional

capacity, if required.

Mango has increased

its flights to George from

six to ten frequencies,

equating to an additional

744 seats a week. The

airline flies every day

except Saturday, with two

flights a day on Mondays,

Thursdays, Fridays and

Sundays.
