Marriott brand debuts in Oman

W Muscat has opened in Oman, marking the brand’s debut in the country, and the second opening in the Middle East this year.

The property, in the Shatti Al Qurum area, has 279 guestrooms and suites, all of which provide views of the sea, as well as the EWOW suite, the brand’s take on the traditional Presidential Suite.

There is a spa offering ten treatment rooms and a couples’ treatment room, a gym with brand-new equipment and sea views, and an 1 800 sqm pool with views of the Gulf of Oman.

The hotel features a rooftop bar and three restaurants, including a grill house and a Chinese eatery.

The W Hotels Worldwide brand is a part of Marriott International.
