They were approached by a curious elephant calf who seemed fascinated by their safari vehicle.
The desperate mother attempted to pull her calf away with her trunk, nudged it with her foot and even resorted to walking away, with the hope the calf would follow her.
Amused passengers watched on as her every attempt failed and the stubborn calf returned to prod at the safari vehicle.
