Egypt’s Red Sea reefs, with more than 1 200 species of fish – around 120 of which are found nowhere else – have rich biodiversity on offer around its 6 000-year-old stony coral reefs.
Egypt’s Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities (@ministry_tourism_antiquities) recently posted a stunning showcase of the Red Sea reefs on Instagram. The beautiful video was taken by Gabriel Mikhail, an eco-architect who works to preserve Egypt’s cultural heritage and wildlife heritage.
