MSC introduces e-Tickets

02 Dec 2013 - by Tammy Sutherns

MSC Online has introduced a new feature, called an e-Ticket repository, where agents can download clients’ cruise e-Tickets.
The feature is available if passengers have made full payment for their upcoming cruises and if MSC Cruises has already issued their tickets.
The e-Ticket repository allows agents to track and archive clients’ e-Tickets and resend e-Tickets without phoning the call centre.
