NCL opens sales for Norwegian Aura

Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) has announced that sales are open for Norwegian Aura, which will debut in late-May 2027. It will be the largest and longest vessel in its fleet, with capacity to accommodate 3 840 guests at double occupancy. 

The ship’s inaugural itinerary will be a seven-day Mediterranean voyage from Trieste to Barcelona before embarking on a 14-day transatlantic voyage to Miami, where it will homeport. Eastern Caribbean cruises will be available from June 2027 to October 2027 while the latter half of 2027 and early 2028 will offer Western Caribbean voyages.

The ship’s amenities will include:

  • Ocean Heights, an open-air activities complex offering waterslides, rope courses, rock-climbing wall, amusement park-style areas, private cabanas and a bar area.
  • Ocean Boulevard, an outdoor promenade that wraps around the entire ship. It offers an expanded Infinity Beach outdoor area with seating, hot tubs and a bar. 
  • Kids’ Aqua Park with splash pad and interactive water features.
  • Adults-only Vibe Beach Club, which provides additional relaxation areas with infinity hot tubs and seating. 
  • Expanded poolside and sundeck areas providing additional spaces to relax.

The ship will feature 1 976 staterooms ranging from studios to suites, of which 159 make up the keycard access-only complex, The Haven by Norwegian. The Haven suites will offer private elevator access, 24-hour butler service, exclusive access to onboard events, priority reservation, as well as a dedicated bar, sundeck, pool, lounge and restaurant.
