A new accommodation facility is set to open in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe, by year-end.

The Yard, a 26-room property, will be15km outside Victoria Falls town along the Victoria Falls International Airport road.

Facilities include a bar, kitchen, night club, butchery, dining area, WiFi, open space for outdoor activities and other room and leisure services.

Gm, Ngonidzashe Makoni said the plan was to open some, if not all the rooms in time for Christmas. “As we speak, we have covered considerable ground on site,” said Makoni. He said the accommodation would comprise 16 double and 10 single rooms.

Guests will be able to enjoy activities such as game drives, helicopter flights and white-water rafting.
