New WLH reservation system for agents

WORLD Leisure Holidays is to
introduce a new reservation system
specifically tailored to save agents
time and effort. It is scheduled to be
linked to the WLH website around mid-
2017.
The system facilitates descriptive
quotations to agents, allowing all
documentation to be white-labelled.
This speeds up and simplifies the
process of getting the information to
the client.
It also allows agents to track
sales, access quotes and make
bookings online 24 hours a day,
seven days a week.
Cathie Bester, marketing relationship
manager of WLH, says all the
company’s destinations and resorts will
eventually be available on the system.
“The first phase of the project was
putting the new system into place in
our call centre, which was implemented
in February. The second phase is
about going into a test environment.
Once we are completely satisfied that
it will deliver the service that we have
promised, we plan to launch the online
quoting and booking tool to agents,”
she says.
