Norse Atlantic Airways has announced a new direct route between London Gatwick (LGW) and Bangkok (BKK) from October 26.

Flights will operate four times weekly with return fares starting from £295 (R6 866) including taxes.

London Gatwick is Norse Atlantic’s UK base and a strategic hub for the airline with flights to key destinations in the US, Europe and South Africa.

“This addition not only strengthens our existing network between Asia but also builds on our routes from London Gatwick to destinations across the Atlantic and South Africa,” said Bjørn Tore Larsen, CEO and Founder of Norse Atlantic Airways.

Norse Atlantic operates a fleet of Boeing 787 Dreamliners, with capacity for 338 passengers, to New York, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Miami, Orlando, Bangkok, Cape Town, Oslo, Athens, London, Berlin, Rome and Paris.
