It has come our attention at eTNW that many of you are not receiving our newsletters despite being signed up for them.
Having spoken to our resident IT fundi, the reason could be simple: we’ve been sent to your spam!
Here are some helpful tips to make sure our emails are not sent to your spam folder:
- Add us to your contact list – most email servers won’t put an email from a saved contact in your spam folder.
- If using Gmail, mark our messages as ‘not spam’.
- If using Outlook, add us to the ‘safe senders’ and ‘safe mailing lists’ groups.
- Whitelist our newsletters – a process you can find more information on here.
