Oceania Cruises will overhaul its Grand Dining Room menu, starting with the line's newest 1 200-guest ship, Allura, launching in July.
The reimagined menus will introduce 270 new recipes across all three meal services. The line intends to implement the new menu across all eight of its ships by the end of the first quarter of 2026, according to Travel Weekly.
The breakfast menu features over 30 new recipes and a dedicated signature Eggs Benedict section. A rotating selection of daily specials includes zucchini waffles and breakfast sliders.
At lunchtime, the space transforms into La Brasserie, a Parisian-inspired bistro offering French classics like blanquette de veau and coq au vin alongside American favourites such as cheeseburgers and French dip sandwiches.
Dinner showcases over 200 new recipes with globally inspired dishes, including scallop panna cotta, Korean BBQ beef short rib, and a seafood vol-au-vent.
