Oceania reveals details of first Sonata ship

Oceania Cruises has revealed new details of Oceania Sonata, set to debut in August 2027. The 1 390-guest ship will be the first of four ships in Oceania’s new Sonata Class.

The new ship is expected be the most spacious in Oceania’s fleet, with 30% of the accommodations expected to be suites. Each suite and stateroom will have a private and spacious veranda.

Oceania Sonata will debut two brand-new suite categories, including reimagined Owner’s Suites.

The ship will feature dining venues and public spaces synonymous with Oceania Cruises, including the Grand Dining Room, as well as signature dining venues such as Jacques, the line’s French restaurant; pan-Asian Red Ginger; Polo Grill steakhouse; and Toscana, serving Italian specialities.

Oceania Sonata will feature 10 culinary experiences, blending guest favourites with innovative new concepts.
