Oceania Cruises has unveiled its new Go Local series of immersive destination tours.
The tours are part of the OceaniaNEXT enhancements that allow guests into local homes and businesses.
On the Shepherd for a Day tour in Mahon, Spain, guests are welcomed to a family farm in the countryside of Ciutadella or Es Mercadal and introduced to the lifestyle and operation of the farm, including the milking and shearing of the sheep.
The Shop for Dinner and Set the Table tour in Buenos Aires lets guests spend the afternoon and evening shopping at local markets and then retire to a local residence where dinner is prepared.
On the Fishing with The Natives tour in Portofino, Italy, guests spend the day at sea with a local fishing crew, watching them haul in the day’s catch.
